Crop that grows by leaps and bounds in our area thanks to the gap provided by the Eastern European market. Tuberous parsley is a very tasty root vegetable, indispensable as a soup and salad vegetable in many central European cuisines (such as the Netherlands, Germany and Poland). Over time it will spread throughout the Mediterranean area thanks to its versatility and number of properties.

Like the carrot, the method of harvesting this tuber is mechanical. Regarding the format, our clients take their product washed and in big bags. Thanks to our cold rooms, the product arrives in optimal conditions for repackaging or final consumption.


Parsley root is packed with nutrients, it also contains a high amount of vitamin C, which works as an antioxidant and helps prevent disease. In addition, it contains magnesium, a mineral necessary to maintain blood pressure, reduce heart disease and the risk of type 2 diabetes.
