Following the line of other products such as cauliflower, the harvest is done manually and under the supervision of the chief harvesters of each team at first.

With hardly any calories, it is a remarkable source of calcium, potassium, phosphorus, iron, vitamins B1, B2 and B6 and also provides substantial doses of iodine, zinc, copper and manganese. It is an excellent preventive anti-cancer food.
